Ecommerce Foundation

The Ecommerce Foundation is an independent organization, initiated by worldwide national ecommerce associations and online and omnichannel selling companies from industries such as retail, travel & finance. Our mission is to foster global digital trade as peace is the natural effect of trade. By facilitating digital commerce we hope to make the world a slightly better place. We realize our mission in four ways. In 2013 we started with creating free reports on how to sell online in more than 50+ other countries. Now we publish more than 20+ reports which are downloaded more than 44.000 times annually. In 2016 we launched the EcommerceWiki as the online handbook for everything Ecommerce. More than 27.000 Ecommerce Professionals have joint since then. Finally, in October 2017 we initiated Safe.Shop as global ecommerce trust mark. Our goal is to offer the trust mark in 30+ countries at the end of this year via ecommerce and retail associations, law firms and other local (government) authorities.
